This 3 ton small mini excavator excavator comes with three cylinder water cooling diesel engine, the standard engine is Chinese brand Laidong. It also comes with hydraulic side joystick and swing arm, this excavator also comes with a standard digging bucket.

Apart from the standard functions above, this customer also customize the engine as Kubota 1703. Apart from this, this customer also ordered some other attachments like hydraulic thumb grab, 600mm tilt bucket, and mechanical quick hitch. And considering he will use the machine at quiet racky places, so the customer also customize the track into steel type.

Daily maintenance of 3 ton small mini excavator:

1.Check the instrument display is normal or not, check if the machine has abnormal noise or vibration, if the bolts are loose, if the hydraulic oil pipe is loose, whether is there any oil leakage, etc;

2.Add grease oil to the joint parts, and check water amount, engine oil, hydraulic oil, and fuel every day;

3.Check if the engine air filter is clogged or damaged everyday;

Small mini excavator maintenance:

• 1.First maintenance:

The excavator should be maintained for the first time after working for a maximum of 50 hours. Change the engine oil filter, diesel filter, air filter and replace the engine oil, replace new hydraulic oil. The oil replacement amount should be based on the oil gauge. Replace or use 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil in summer, and 32# anti-wear hydraulic oil in winter.

• 2.Second maintenance:

The excavator should be maintained for the first time after working for a maximum of 100 hours. Change the engine oil filter, diesel filter, air filter, and replace the engine oil.

• 3.Third maintenance:

The excavator should be maintained for the first time after working for a maximum of 200 hours. Change the engine oil filter, diesel filter, air filter and replace the engine oil, replace new hydraulic oil.
