Walking or digging weakly is the most common problem for mini excavator, the reasons are as following generally.

1.There is leakage in the central rotary joint.

The central rotary joint of an agricultural excavator is an important hub for the hydraulic circuit of the upper body to connect to the chassis. When the sealing effect of the central rotary joint is poor, internal leakage or oil leakage will occur. The hydraulic oil driving the hydraulic motor cannot fully reach the hydraulic motor. Part of the hydraulic oil returns to the tank through other circuits, causing pressure loss in the hydraulic circuit and causing the hydraulic motor to become weak.

2.Leakage or fault of the walking motor.

The traveling system consists of traveling balance valve, traveling safety valve, traveling speed switching valve, traveling speed switching cylinder, traveling brake cylinder, throttle valve and traveling motor. When a certain valve group produces internal leakage, it will cause the hydraulic circuit of the traveling system. Loss of pressure leads to lack of energy in walking.

3.Hydraulic pump pressure is insufficient or fault of pump control circuit.

Insufficient pressure in the hydraulic pump is also an important reason for weakly walking. The main reasons for insufficient pressure in the hydraulic pump are internal leakage of the pump and failure of the pump control system, resulting in pressure loss.
